LiteCAD generates LC_EVENT_NAVIGATOR event when a Navigator's property has been changed.

The following properties are used for this event type:

LC_PROP_EVENT_INT1	Navigator window: 1-displayed, 0-hidden
LC_PROP_EVENT_INT2	X coordinate of left-top corner
LC_PROP_EVENT_INT3	Y coordinate of left-top corner
LC_PROP_EVENT_INT4	Width
